July 31, Positive Affirmation for Transformation
Tuesday, July 31st, 2007Today is an opportunity for transformation.
Greetings! Our theme is Transformation, at DailyAffirm, http://www.DailyAffirm.com. These last days of the month we work with integrating and embodying transformation. Following today’s affirmation are comments about the affirmation, suggestions for your process, and information about related articles.
About Today’s Affirmation
Of course, every day is an opportunity for transformation. This last day of July is specifically dedicated to the opportunity of transformation, to life made extraordinary because everything is in a state of continuous change. Some folks say they are afraid of change; some folks say they are afraid of not changing. Turn your attention away from fear and move through your life finding opportunities to grow and learn.
About Your Process
As you take a deep, refreshing and reflective breath, consider what this month has meant to you with respect to change and transformation. Please re-visit your over-arching intention, review your written comments or journal or diary, remember affirmations that stood out for you, etc. Such reflections are a natural way to embody your exploration and learning about transformation. If you have not yet come to peace with the idea of everything being in constant change, stay with us for another month!

About the New Theme
Tomorrow is August, the month of peace on this DailyAffirm Process. Please develop an over-arching intention about peace. That is, formulate a statement that captures the consciousness in which you wish to live in peace. Consider what you desire to be able to say at the end of August in response to these three questions: What did you learn about peace? What do you desire to keep? What do you desire to release?
Make this a transformative day!
