July 31, Positive Affirmation for Transformation

Tuesday, July 31st, 2007

Today is an opportunity for transformation.

Greetings! Our theme is Transformation, at DailyAffirm, http://www.DailyAffirm.com. These last days of the month we work with integrating and embodying transformation. Following today’s affirmation are comments about the affirmation, suggestions for your process, and information about related articles.

About Today’s Affirmation
Of course, every day is an opportunity for transformation. This last day of July is specifically dedicated to the opportunity of transformation, to life made extraordinary because everything is in a state of continuous change. Some folks say they are afraid of change; some folks say they are afraid of not changing. Turn your attention away from fear and move through your life finding opportunities to grow and learn.

About Your Process
As you take a deep, refreshing and reflective breath, consider what this month has meant to you with respect to change and transformation. Please re-visit your over-arching intention, review your written comments or journal or diary, remember affirmations that stood out for you, etc. Such reflections are a natural way to embody your exploration and learning about transformation. If you have not yet come to peace with the idea of everything being in constant change, stay with us for another month!

About the New Theme
Tomorrow is August, the month of peace on this DailyAffirm Process. Please develop an over-arching intention about peace. That is, formulate a statement that captures the consciousness in which you wish to live in peace. Consider what you desire to be able to say at the end of August in response to these three questions: What did you learn about peace? What do you desire to keep? What do you desire to release?

Make this a transformative day!

July 30, Positive Affirmation for Transformation

Monday, July 30th, 2007

I breathe transformation into every aspect of my life.

Greetings! Our theme is Transformation, at DailyAffirm, http://www.DailyAffirm.com. These last days of the month we work with integrating and embodying transformation. Following today’s affirmation are comments about the affirmation, suggestions for your process, and information about related articles.

About Today’s Affirmation
Your breath is always with you. You breathe when you talk, when you meditate, when you work, when you cry, when you play. You can empower your breath to draw clarity and peace to you. Breathing in and breathing out, you become more vibrant and balanced. You breathe in life and vitality, you breathe out dead cells and waste. Life contains all forms of transformation, including death. The more you can accept death as a natural part of life — as transformation — the more likely you are to be accepting of all faces and facets of life.

About Your Process
Today, let your breath assist you in integrating transformation and its many faces into your life. What do you want to breathe in; what do you want to breathe out? What do you want to receive; what do you want to release? As you come more fully into the realization of your wholeness, old paradigms die away. What is decaying today? What needs to die today? When you know what must die, consider your relationship to the dying thing and to the process of dying. Will you grieve the death? Rejoice for the thing that is dying? Applaud the life that has transformed? Ignore the whole situation? Or respond in some other way? You have many options. Choose. And choose again.

July 29, Positive Affirmation for Transformation

Sunday, July 29th, 2007

Yes to Transformation! Yes, yes, yes.

Greetings! Our theme is Transformation, at DailyAffirm, http://www.DailyAffirm.com. These last days of the month we work with integrating and embodying transformation. Following today’s affirmation are comments about the affirmation, suggestions for your process, and information about related articles.

About Today’s Affirmation
“Yes!” is such an affirmative word! Yes to life! Yes to love! Yes to transformation! You say “yes” with words, facial expressions, gestures, energy, and actions. You say “yes” with your clothes, your business cards, your food choices, and your homes. You say “yes” when you answer the telephone, greet people on the street, and meet new friends for the first time. You say “yes” to everything to which you give your attention. You say “yes” even when you use the word “no.”

About Your Process
So, to what do you desire to say “yes”? The best way to say “no” to something you do not want is to say “yes” to what you do want. As you repeatedly acknowledge your preference for what you want (rather than what you don’t want), you will find that more and more of what you want comes to you for further refinement of choices. You still get to choose, but the Universe has the capacity to give you enormous variety. As you are learning to make choices, you will be aware of many things you do not want; as your consciousness lifts you become less aware of the unwanted things and choose from among the enormous variety of wanted things. Yes!

July 28, Positive Affirmation for Transformation

Saturday, July 28th, 2007

I act with purposeful awareness of transformation.

Greetings! Our theme is Transformation, at DailyAffirm, http://www.DailyAffirm.com. This fourth week of the month we work with acting and claiming transformation. Following today’s affirmation are comments about the affirmation, suggestions for your process, and information about related articles.

About Today’s Affirmation
To welcome purposeful awareness into your life, you connect with the intention of your actions knowingly. This intention is a “place” in consciousness filled with the substance of love and light which is the wellspring of creation. It is this consciousness into which you dip when you create with high intention. You can use this substance of creation accidentally or naturally or purposefully. You get to choose. You get to choose with each act. A conscious, constant high intention feeds your every act, resulting in personal fulfillment and Divine realization.

About Your Process
Today, consider the extent to which you choose to be purposefully aware. Or identify a specific situation or habit or issue about which you choose to be purposefully aware. Watch yourself watching. Know and know that you know. It is time to fully claim transformation as a power in your life. Today, re-visit your over-arching intention for transformation as you bring to a close this week of working with acting/claiming affirmations.

July 27, Positive Affirmation for Transformation

Friday, July 27th, 2007

I let every act be an act of transformation.
I intend to show up one hundred percent.

Greetings! Our theme is Transformation, at DailyAffirm, http://www.DailyAffirm.com. This fourth week of the month we work with acting and claiming transformation. Following today’s affirmation are comments about the affirmation, suggestions for your process, and information about related articles.

About Today’s Affirmation
Whoa! 100%! What a commitment! Think of what it would be like if you and everyone else in the world showed up 100%. The world would be transformed in an instant! To show up 100% requires living right now in the moment — not in the past, not in the future. No regrets about what has or has not been. No expectations or fears of what might or might not be. Living right now! Every act is an act of transformation. When you affirm this is so, you keep in the flow of life.

About Your Process
Consider if there is something from the past that holds your attention or keeps you from totally claiming your power. Perhaps an old pattern of behavior? An unresolved relationship? A disappointment? You cannot show up 100% if you give your attention to those old things. Consider if there is something about the future that keeps you from claiming your power now. Perhaps a goal that you think will bring you happiness when it is accomplished? A fear or doubt or longing? You cannot show up 100% in the present while you are giving your attention to concerns about the future. Quickly identify if you have responses to these questions, and then give your attention to what you want to experience now. All your experiences happen in the now, the ever-changing, ever-present now! Show up in its presence 100%!

July 26, Positive Affirmation for Transformation

Thursday, July 26th, 2007

I draw a circle of transformation to establish my world of focus.

Greetings! Our theme is Transformation, at DailyAffirm, http://www.DailyAffirm.com. This fourth week of the month we work with acting and claiming transformation. Following today’s affirmation are comments about the affirmation, suggestions for your process, and information about related articles.

About Today’s Affirmation
A circle provides a container which helps you to define what you want to invite into your world; it also helps you to define your world. A circle of light composed of the energy of transformation can create a circle which is far more effective than a steel or brick wall. The substance you hold in your energy field is the material you use to create your experiences. If you are filled with anger, the circle will be composed of anger; if you are filled with joy, the circle will be composed of joy. Fear resonates with more fear; love resonates with more love; joy resonates with more joy. Your intention can evoke higher consciousness to create the perfect circle.

About Your Process
Are the circles you have drawn to focus your world attracting those things that you desire in your life? In considering this question, you may see clearly the methods you use that attract or oppose your life’s desires. You may find that you have established circles that keep out what you want rather than letting it in. For example, you want a loving relationship yet have an iron fence around you to keep you from getting intimate. If so, just change the iron fence to a circle of love. If you were in a consciousness other than love when creating a previous circle, this non-love circle can transform into a circle of the desired substance. Then you can attract and live your heart’s desires.

July 18, Positive Affirmation for Transformation

Thursday, July 26th, 2007

My mission is to embrace transformation in the world.
I honor my own unique path to transformation
as well as everyone else’s.

Greetings! Our theme is Transformation. This third week of the month we work with being and intending for transformation at DailyAffirm. Following today’s affirmation are comments about the affirmation, suggestions for your process, and information about related articles.

About Today’s Affirmation
Even after you grasp the meaning of today’s affirmation intellectually, you still must work to embody its meaning fully. You are constantly in a state of transformation (moving through form). As a human, you transformed from Spirit into matter, from Spirit into the physical plane, usually losing the memory of this process. If you lose this memory, you can regain it. You can wake up. You can remember, remember Spirit, re-member with Spirit. Remember you are Spirit.

You are experiencing your journey of awakening in your own unique ways. You cloud the wonder and joy of this journey when you judge, compare, blame, criticize, covet, and/or when you feel victimized, unworthy, jealous, angry, resentful. Your pathway to transformation (the subtitle of the book on which these affirmations are based) is a unique agreement between you and the Divine (God, Spirit, Higher Consciousness, the Universe, Infinite Intelligence, the Source).

About Your Process
So, what is your unique path to transformation? First, feel the mission of embracing transformation in the world. Next, let go of the world — everyone, everything outside yourself. Then, let go of any additional resistance and turn inward to honor your own unique path to transformation. What is this path? What does it look like? What does it feel like? What are the words that the Divine whispered in your ear that are uniquely for/about you? When you hear the whisper, return to be in the world in a more empowered way. More lovingly accept your own unique path while you also more lovingly accept others’ unique paths.

July 25, Positive Affirmation for Transformation

Wednesday, July 25th, 2007

I manifest all things
in association with divine transformation acting through me.

Greetings! Our theme is Transformation, at DailyAffirm, http://www.DailyAffirm.com. This fourth week of the month we work with acting and claiming transformation. Following today’s affirmation are comments about the affirmation, suggestions for your process, and information about related articles.

About Today’s Affirmation
Today’s affirmation allows you to open still further to transformation of a divine nature. It is the movement of Spirit with which you want to live in harmony. To move just to move can sometimes be valuable; however, to move consciously with Spirit and to allow Spirit to move through you is empowering. When you create while being aware of spirit, you manifest your heart’s desires.

About Your Process
Consider one thing that you wish to manifest or that you are actively in the process of manifesting. After you have clearly identified this thing, step back from it. How do you perceive this thing? Look at it from a whole new perspective. How would Spirit see this thing? What would Spirit say about this creation? Now step into the thing. How do you perceive it? Repeat the process, noticing changes each time.

July 24, Positive Affirmation for Transformation

Tuesday, July 24th, 2007

I claim my transformed state of consciousness.
I claim my power.

Greetings! Our theme is Transformation, at DailyAffirm, http://www.DailyAffirm.com. This fourth week of the month we work with acting and claiming transformation. Following today’s affirmation are comments about the affirmation, suggestions for your process, and information about related articles.

About Today’s Affirmation
I find again and again that when folks claim that their state of consciousness has lifted, it lifts still further. Claiming a state of higher consciousness is a powerful act. Such a claim must be a conscious choice to walk with Spirit, with enhanced awareness of Spiritual values such as love and wisdom and freedom (to name only a few Spiritual values), and not as a claim made by an arrogant ego. Arrogance is not attractive nor uplifting. You must individually step into the awareness of your magnificence; you are also part of a collective, stepping into the awareness of the magnificence of the whole. As you lift, others lift; as others lift, you lift.

About Your Process
Today, look at your own style of claiming your power: Do you take it? Poke at it? Accept it grudgingly? Breathe it in effortlessly? Experience it and then brush it off as if it is not real? See it outside yourself? See it inside yourself? Perhaps your style is not mentioned in this list. If not, write your own description. The many situations in which you find yourself may call for different styles, so think about several situations as you work with this exercise. However, do not disempower yourself by believing the situation determines your style; instead, you determine your style allowing variables from inside and outside yourself to give you information. Then . . . claim your transformed state of consciousness. Claim your power.
