May 4, Positive Affirmation for Trust
I release memories that allowed belief in fear and lack of trust.
Greetings! Our theme is Trust. This first week of the month we work with releasing and cleansing non-trust at DailyAffirm. Here are comments about today’s affirmation, suggestions for your process, and information about related articles.
About Today’s Affirmation
Surely you can name past situations that suggest that you are justified in believing in fear and/or doubt and/or lack of trust. Such situations can be used as growth opportunities so that you learn to choose trust and love and freedom regardless of immediate circumstances or appearances. When you train yourself to put your trust in the eternal invisible more than the temporary visible, you will discover that the energy of Trust transforms what you ordinarily call the "invisible" into the "visible."
About Your Process
I suggest that you use the simplest, least invasive ways to release these fear-based memories. Here are some examples: On the physical level, exercise to stimulate the cardiovascular system and/or use your breath to release with each exhalation. On the emotional level, cry and/or scream and/or write and/or laugh — no subject is needed, just clear the emotions by experiencing them. On the mental level, journal your thoughts and/or draw pictures that represent whatever has your attention. On the spiritual level, meditate regularly and ask higher consciousness and the angels to lighten your load. (Take a deep breath and recall your over-arching intention for Trust.)
